A 11,000sqm outdoor shopping centre, located at the entrance to Atir Yeda street.

A supermarket from the Yohannanof group, Bit Box karaoke rooms, Home Centre, Max Stock, Delta, Electrical Warehouse (Mahsaney Hashmal) and Humongous restaurant.
The site was renovated in 2016 and designed to suit the business environment and prepare the centre for the O-TECH, high-tech and offices site. In addition, another car park level will be built above it.
NOAM HOUSE, BEER SHEVA
Noam House is an office building located on Sderot Shazar, Beer Sheva. It has 8 levels including 10,000sqm of offices and trade areas. Most offices are let to government offices, Yahaav Bank, Eivory Computers and more.
Oshira Ltd purchased a 60 dunam (14.8 acre) site in Hungary in 2015. The land contains many properties that are being let out for industrial purposes, storage and offices.
The site is located on a fast-developing area, a green band between one of the main traffic hubs in Budapest (UT BUDAFOKI) and the Danova.
Oshira Ltd has future plans to change the purpose of the land, prioritising residential properties.
O-TECH SITE, KFAR SABA
Located at the east entrance gate to ‘Atir Yeda’, Kfar Saba. Near a main junction with exits to Vitzman Street Kfar Saba, Road 6, Road 531 linked to Herzelia and North Ayalon, and Road 40. These roads are the main routes linking Kfar Saba efficiently and quickly to the rest of the country.
‘Atir Yeda’ site is currently the next up and coming location for business and trade in the Sharon, like Herzelia Pituach and Raanana.
These assumptions are based on: transport links, reduced number of projects on existing sites, financial consideration (council tax), planning, a site that benefits residents and employees, an increase in the number of residential properties (Kfar Saba, Petach Tikvah, Hod Hasharon etc.) and a population of a high socio-economic level.
The total square meters of offices reserved for high-tech purposes amounts to 52,000sqm, with a spacious floor plan of 3,600sqm on each level together with indoor parking areas. The site has been designed to meet the dynamic needs of the organisation. Efficient planning of the buildings’ core, allowing them to be divided to separate sections with a common or unique identity depending on the organisation needs. All offices will benefit from natural light and a green view to the fields characterising the Sharon. This site is currently being built partially above the existing Power Centre roof, whilst keeping a complete separation between the trade area and the offices.
O-TOWER, Sderot REGER, BEER SHEVA
Oshira Ltd plans to build the Reger site in the heart of Beer Sheva. The site is located in the greatest area of Beer Sheva, at the centre of main business and on the main street of the city. Reger site is part of Qiryat Hamemshala and surrounding courts. The site lies a walking distance away from the train station and main bus station, the Negev shopping centre, and Qiryat Hamemshala.
The above allows the businesses on this site, in offices or trade areas to be visible and approachable to residents and visitors of Beer Sheva. Moreover, the Bah”ad city enhances Beer Sheva’s identity as a busy and live metropolitan area with plenty of youngsters who live or serve in Beer Sheva and surrounding areas, in need of council and trade services as well as employment opportunities.
The planning of this site, directed by the OKA Architect Office, allows flexibility in building, especially for offices and trade, with the possibility of extending the site in the future. This is due to the collaboration with Bank Hapoalim, located next door.
The office building has 16 levels, on 16,000sqm and 270 underground parking spaces. Part of the building on Sderot Reger in Beer Sheva will be reserved for a well-known hotel chain. An industrial building built to fulfil the needs of a single occupier (Air Industry) and for the purpose of building a factory to assemble carriages for Israel Trains.
UNIFORM HOUSE, NAHARIA
Industrial building used as a factory for one of the companies in the SK Group. The size of the building is approximately 3,300sqm.
MALIBO AT HARBOR FRONT
A residential project in Toronto, Canada. This was built in cooperation with Malibo company. The project includes 53 apartments that were built and sold.
A residential project accommodating around 160 living units in the 11 district, Budapest. To this day it is considered one of the leading projects of high lifestyle living in the area.
LAKE SHORE, CANADA
Following the success of Malibo Harbor Front, where units were sold before the project began, another project was built in cooperation with Malibo Canada. This project was a further success with all 199 apartments built and sold.
