Oshira Ltd purchased a 60 dunam (14.8 acre) site in Hungary in 2015. The land contains many properties that are being let out for industrial purposes, storage and offices.
The site is located on a fast-developing area, a green band between one of the main traffic hubs in Budapest (UT BUDAFOKI) and the Danova.
Oshira Ltd has future plans to change the purpose of the land, prioritising residential properties.
O-TECH SITE, KFAR SABA
Located at the eastern entrance gate to ‘Atir Yeda’, Kfar Saba. Near a main junction with exits to Weizmann Street Kfar Saba, Road 6, Road 531 linked to Herzliya and North Ayalon, and Road 40. These roads are the main routes linking Kfar Saba efficiently and quickly to the rest of the country.
These assumptions are based on:
transport links, reduced number of projects on existing sites, financial considerations (including municipal taxes), planning, a site that benefits residents and employees, an increase in the number of residential properties (Kfar Saba, Petach Tikvah, Hod Hasharon etc.) and a population with a high socio-economic level.

Industrial building used as a factory for one of the companies in the SK Group. The size of the building is approximately 3,300sqm.
MALIBO AT HARBOR FRONT
A residential project in Toronto, Canada. This was built in cooperation with Malibo company. The project includes 53 apartments that were built and sold.
A residential project accommodating around 160 living units in the 11 district, Budapest. To this day it is considered one of the leading projects of high lifestyle living in the area.
LAKE SHORE, CANADA
Following the success of Malibo Harbor Front, where units were sold before the project began, another project was built in cooperation with Malibo Canada. This project was a further success with all 199 apartments built and sold.
